Way from Hanoi to Sapa

• 07:00, 07:30, 15:00: Free pick-up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter.
• 09:00, 09:30, 17:00: Have a rest-stop at Km57 for 30 minutes.
• 11:30, 12:00, 19:30: Have a rest-stop at Km237 for 15 minutes.
• 13:00, 13:30, 21:00: Arrive Sapa town and the limousine will take the passengers to their accommodation around Sapa town or Eco Sapa bus office for the ones staying outside the town.

Way from Sapa to Hanoi

• 08:00, 14:30, 15:00: Free pick-up at your hotel around Sapa Town or Eco Sapa Office (494 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sapa Town)
• 10:00, 16:30, 17:00: Have a rest-stop at Km237 for 15 minutes.
• 12:30, 19:00, 19:30: Have a rest-stop at Km57.
• 14:00, 20:30, 21:00: Arrive Hanoi Old Quarter and the limousine will take the passengers to their address around Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Office.

Pick up and drop off point

Pick-up point:

• Hanoi city: Any hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter or default meeting point at No 42 Hang Giay Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi (for passengers staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter)
• Hanoi Airport terminal 01 and 02 (Extra USD 2 / passenger)

Drop-off:

• At any Hotel around Sapa town or Eco Sapa bus office – 494 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sapa Town (if passengers stay outside Sapa town)

Luggage Allowance

• Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
• The standard luggage size is 70x50x30cm

About VIP-seat

• A typical limousine car would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back
• The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats
• Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness.

Other

• Children with age 0 – 4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
• The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
• Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the trip

Cancellation Policies

• More than 72 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee
• 48 hours to 72 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
• Within 48 hours before the starting time: No refund
• Passenger not showing up: No refund
