Lotus Train Express Itinerary

Way from Hanoi Station to Lao Cai Station (22:00 – 06:05)

  • 21:00: Arrived at Hanoi Train Station for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for paper tickets at this point
  • 22:00: Departed to Lao Cai Train Station
  • 06:05: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station
  • 08:15: Arrived at Sapa for people who book the Transfer to Sapa from Lao Cai Train Station.

Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (21:30 – 05:35)

  • 18:00: Start at Sapa Town for people who book the Transfer to Lao Cai Train Station from Sapa.
  • 20:40: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for paper tickets at this point
  • 21:30: Departed to Hanoi Train Station
  • 05:30: Arrived at Hanoi Train Station

  • The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
  • Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the trip

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 72 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee
  • 48 hours to 72 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 48 hours before the starting time: No refund
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
